Duncan MacMorran - Chief Executive Officer
Duncan has been the CEO of Connovation for over 20 years. Duncan’s extensive commercial experience, including 40 years as a Chartered Accountant, has enabled him to drive the change in strategic direction of the business, leading to its current position as one of New Zealand’s leading manufacturers of vertebrate toxic agents. Duncan has been particularly committed to the research and development of many innovative pest control tools.
Victoria Davies - General Manager
General Manager, Victoria, has been a part of the Connovation team for over 10 years. Victoria’s experience in operational planning has helped drive the growth of the business. Victoria is responsible for the overall operational tasks of the business, including Health and Safety, Quality, and Compliance, whilst also working with Duncan to facilitate the continued strategic development of the organisation.
Westly Redelinghuys - Production Manager
Westly, the Production Manager, has been a part of team Connovation for 5 years. Westly has significant experience in various manufacturing industries, which has helped improve production processes. Westly is a strong leader for the manufacturing team and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the factory.
